Smiling service at great location
The smiling service made our stay wonderful. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The room was spacious and very clean! The breakfast buffe was one of the biggest I have ever seen during all my years at 5 star hotels. I also enjoyed the location in the city center with a short walk to the seaside.

At check-in, the lady said that the room would be ready in a moment and asked us to sit down with our bags and wait, and she would bring us the keys. We waited for 2 hours, that is not a moment, then we would rather be told that from the beginning with the option to leave our bags so we could go out. After 2 hours, it was not even the lady that helped us. It was another man called Kumar who asked if we needed some help because he had seen us sitting there for so long. He fixed the keys directly and showed us to our room. A big thank you to Kumar who made us feel welcome and really cared! The room was wonderful and in the bar in the evening it was live music that we really enjoyed.

The Hilton is a gorgeous hotel and the staff, service, food, rooms and the ambience makes it perfect. I must say a special thanks to Gaveena who made the check in process so delightful. As always - the staff are amazing and world class, also the gym is well equiped. One of the reasons I keep going back to Hilton! But the other parts of the hotel even with the renovations still looks aged. And will find it difficult to compete with the new ones, I am sure it's already felt.

Staff were so nice, hotel was genuinely lovely. Big, bit didn't have that bland corporate feel that so many hotels of this size do. Would recommend without hesitation. Breakfast was delicious and pool a great size.
