I had a pleasant stay at the Zurich Dormero Hotel. The location is clean, quiet, and safe — easy to access from both the airport and the old town via public transit. However, the lack of air conditioning was a major downside, especially during warmer days. The minibar also wasn’t functioning efficiently, which was a bit disappointing. The young man who checked me in was very helpful. The room was good and the bed was very comfortable but there was no air conditioning. The outside temperature was about 30c so the room was too hot for comfortable sleeping. The location is convenient. Close to the airport and only a 5 minute walk to the train which connects to everything. The breakfast was good but over priced! There was no one at reception all morning so getting assistance was impossible. This hotel is ok but it would not be my first choice next time.

Dangerous and Bed Bug-Ridden

This hotel should be condemned. We were put in a room with no chain on the door, and someone tried to come in in the night. We went to leave and there was no one at the desk to talk to. The next day we realized we were covered in bed bug bites.

The place was not bad, but its area is unsafe and too far from Zurich. We only stayed since it was our last day and wanted to stay close to airport, but if you are planning to stay for the travel, I don't recommend it. Stay closer to central Zurcih area. It's a lot safer and less commuting.

It wasn't as clean as it could be. Walls looked a bit scratched up and windows were dusty. Beds were fresh and comfortable and we liked how close it was to the airport. The bus stop is almost in front of the hotel, which was nice.

Good for a night with a bus that's about 4 stops or 7 mins from the airport situated just 2 mins walk from the hotel. Our room's bathroom door couldn't close and there was no holder for the shower head. Other than that, very clean and staff were great.
