The staff at The Handlery Hotel is fabulous! The bellman Melvin was so helpful, kind, nice and made us feel so welcome. The Concorde was also very nice and helpful. I love that they have rooms with sliding glass doors that open up to the pool area, very nice accommodations.

Very nice hotel, located right next door to Union Square. Easy transfer to/from SFI with the BART. BART station is close by so easy to get around. Good restaurants close by, especially Al Pastor Papi 😊 Several nice bars around also.

Checking in and out was easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Handlery is in the heart of Union Square and within walking distance to restaurants, stores, the theater and Chinatown. When I’m in the city I always choose the Handlery. My only complaint would be having a discounted rate for parking if you are guests at the hotel. We parked in another garage that was considerably cheaper.
