My experience at this hotel was mixed.
First, at the front desk, there were two ladies who did not look very welcoming or friendly. However, the check-in experience itself was acceptable.
When we entered the room, the cleanliness was not as good as I expected. The first thing I noticed was the ceiling, which had a huge stain that appeared to be from a water leak. There were also stains around the fire sprinkler fixtures. In the dining area, I found some hair. The refrigerator clearly had not been cleaned, and the trash cans did not have bags. When we were leaving, I checked under the sofa to make sure we had not forgotten anything. I found trash and even a cup that looked like it had been there for who knows how long.
That being said, the rest of the room, including the bathroom and bedroom, was fine, although one of the bathroom doors had fallen out of alignment and scraped against the floor when closing. I did not have any other complaints about those areas.
The breakfast was actually one of the best parts of our stay, and I have no complaints about it.
One more thing that really bothered me was the parking fee. When I made the reservation, it clearly stated that parking was free. However, when we checked out and I received my deposit back, I noticed that I had been charged $11 per night for parking. This was not something I expected based on the information provided when I made the reservation.
