Awful Experience, Still Waiting for a Refund
We decided to stay here for just one night, but the experience was far from what we expected. When we arrived around 6 PM, the place was unusually dark. A guard approached us, and I informed him that we had a reservation. He then went off to find someone at the front desk, but it took over 30 minutes for anyone to assist us.
When we finally met the front desk staff, the lady seemed clueless about the check-in process. She told us the regular front desk person was "out of town having a massage" and seemed completely unprepared to help. She showed us a room, but the bed wouldn’t even fit my family. The room itself felt very creepy, with strange setup choices that made us uncomfortable.
There were no lights outside, everything was dark, and the restaurant was closed, leaving us with no options for food. In the end, the lady told us to ask for a refund, as she didn’t know anything about the situation. We’ve been waiting ever since — Hotels.com hasn’t been able to reach the property, and we still haven’t received a refund.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. It needs serious attention and management to be up to standard. Very disappointing.
