Ugh
The hotel ran out of parking and staff had no suggestions to offer . Valets had nothing to offer . Two stars of the trip ,
1 valet saw me struggling with the luggage cart ( as 3 others watched ) and opened the door for me. He then was kind enough to assist me to the room with it .
Bartender was very pleasant as well.
Air conditioning could not keep up , our room was on the 14th floor and it was very warm ( this is in August )
Hotel was very clean , no complaints there . When we needed anything from housekeeping , they brought it promptly .
Very disappointed in the service I received for my reservation . I tried to modify 4 times ( needed one less night ) When I made my reservation it did not say anywhere that I could not modify , there was even a button to click to do so . Very frustrating , I am hesitant to book through the app again . Note** I did not pre-pay for my reservation ( I am aware those cannot be cancelled)
