Fantastic view of the harbour. Very clean, modern stylish decor. Fantastic quality bedding and comfortable bed. We stayed 5 nights and a maid service would have been nice to empty bins and provide fresh towels but we managed. Balcony nice but a little small to sit on.

Apartment was close to the Old Town. Very clean with comfortable bed, good size bathroom and plenty of space. We were met on arrival and helped with our luggage up the stairs. Deni was very helpful and sent through a few recommendations as well. Definitely recommend to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay! A perfect, “off the strip” property that gave us everything we needed! Comfortable bed & pillows, great size of room, entry & bathroom. Location was what amazed us. Being just a blocks away from the Riva and the view of the Marina was perfect!

Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Hilfsbereit von A-Z. Nähe des Zentrums. Schönes Zimmer mit Hammer-Aussicht. Es sind allerdings 91 Treppen zu bewältigen:-)

Great location. Toma was very kind helping carry suitcases up all the stairs. There was no welcome gift on arrival though - I don’t know what that was supposed to be. My itinerary said there should be one.

Incredible viand a short distance to everything we needed while in Split!

This was a great first stay in Split for me. The room was at the top of about 7 flights of stairs which is a fun final kick at the end of a long day. The room is perfect and the view was spectacular. Only one thing to note, the building is exposed to an incredibly noisy part of Split. Expect loud noise pretty much 24/7. Was kept up until past midnight and awakened by 6:30am every day.

Fantastic location right on the sea in heart of Split old town, highly recommended!

Great stay with probably the best view of Split you can get. Toma was especially helpful and very responsive. He made us feel welcome.

Toma was an excellent host. Spot is in a very good location opposite the Riva. Easy walk to everything! Room was recently renovated and very well kept. Overall a positive experience.

The room was absolutely beautiful, amazing view, and comfortably decorated and equipped. The stuff was friendly and kind, and was very responsive when we needed them with good solutions. Centrally located and with a market right next to the building. Aspects to note: it's not a luxury hotel, but the room is really luxurious - totally worth it for the price. Great quality. The building is pretty old and there are 4 floors of stairs until the apartment. Improvement opportunity: the TV. It's very old, it doesn't have cable nor smart features, so it's rather useless as it is.

Nice view of the harbour, comfy apartment with the essentials. Check in could be improved, and the cleaning fee wasn’t clear prior to arrival. Great location for everything you needed and the air con was a lifesaver.

Beautiful room with even better view of the port. No problem with check in and the one key card got us into all doors which was convenient. The apartment is steps from the palace and town center. Only challenge was the 4 floor walk up but we were warned so no surprises. Great place and highly recommended.

excellent location, very clean. The only inconvenient is for those people who can't use stairs cause It's on a 4 floor and no elevators. Otherwise it is very good with an amazing view.

The room itself is great with a gorgeous view, however to access the room you enter through a very strange door into a dirty area that looks unsafe before climbing 6 flights of stairs.
