The bed was small but comfortable and the space was clean.
Our stay started with a poor checkin that seemed to be due to booking through hotels. Com. They would only process the booking one room at a time, which resulted in confusing the rooms and breakfast vouchers. Hotel.com customers alarmed pay for parking.
The room had limited amenities, a cracked sink, cracked floor tiles and basic air con.
We were told to ring a number to book a slot in the pool. I rang through for half an hour starting at 7 am , no answer, finally reception rang back saying we could go down.
The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive.
Wouldn’t book there again, even if booking directly would give us better service.
The internet was ok and the bus was nearby. Reception inly had one person on so it was difficult to get help in a timely manner from them.
