Very much enjoyed having breakfast each day at the 360 degree rotating top floor restaurant. Our room had the city view, which we liked as well.

The top floor rotating restaurant was great. Good food and the ever changing views with the rotation was very special.

The beds were awful unless you like sleeping on a rock. The hotel definitely needs to be updated for the price. The location is amazing it is close to everything and in a nice area of town

Good stay but bathroom is small with no fan. Restaurant was good. 2 elevators trying to get 15 floors of people out at the same time. If you are headed somewhere on a time schedule allow plenty of time.

Excellent location. Travelled with a dog and hotel has dog friendly rooms and thought first room we got had AC unit that made noise and disturbing to sleep front desk got us another room in the middle of the night. They have a rotating restaurant at the top and has decent food and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit old and parking nearby is free but not ideal place after dark. Location is superb and staff does a good job helping out.

I thought this was going to be beautiful. Hooray it is run down. The restaurant while pretty had a terrible menu, which was overpriced and the floors were sticky and gross. I honestly wouldn't stay there again.

Bed was great. Disappointed that there was no daily towel service. Parking area under the upper parking garage was interesting. Lighting was poor and driving surface was bad. Just an old building needing some TLC.

Lake view was as advertised and provided a beautiful view of Superior. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was queaky clean and shower was hot with good water pressure. Parking was close but don't show up too late at night or it'll be difficult to find a spot. One annoying thing is the deposit they do at check in, we budgeted our trip based on the price we booked on hotels.com and by the time we made it to checkin there was a $100 deposit that felt kind of sneaky. Overall 8/10.

Went to a concert at Amsoil arena. Super close to walk to and from. Great location. Love the Harbor 360 (we ate for breakfast) restaurant on the top. We stayed here for our honeymoon in 2000, so really enjoy staying at this hotel almost 26 years later!

We stayed for one night and the desk staff was very friendly on check-in. Parking is free and the location was perfect. Very quiet. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rooftop rotating restaurant and bar were amazing.

It was okay. It is certainly not as nice as it used to be. Restaurant was a disappointment. Limited menu and they were short staffed. Not great service. Parking ramp is not in good shape.
