Réservations faites via Hotels.com, pas respectée par la réception de l'Hôtel. Avec insistance, nous avons pu obtenir une chambre pour la nuit, que nous avons dû payer nettement plus cher que le prix de notre réservation. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier peu intéressant, quasi industriel; La ville de Ferizaj est elle-même peu agréable; Trop bruyante même jusqu'au miliieu de la nuit, animée par des hordes de motocyclettes, l'isolation de l'hôtel est de trop faible qualité pour assurer la quiétude des clients. Les chambres sont luxueuses et confortables, mais tout est tarifé à la pièce, même les bouteilles d'eau. En conclusion: mauvais service (de mauvaise foi face aux quiproquos de la réservation), attitude désagréable des préposées, hötel à éviter

Apres avoir payer via hotel.com, un sejour de 3 nuits pour 2 personnes. J ai recu tous les confirmations de paiement via l appli et mail. Mais une fois sur place, ils nous disent, nous avons aucune chambre pour vous. . malgrer qu ils voyaient l email et les paiements. apres avoir bien gueuler pendant 30min, ils nous donner une chambre triple qui pue le moisi. HOTEL A EVIDER !! il y a de tres joli hotel sur place et moitié prix + les proprio sont super sympa
