Excellent location in the heart of old town, authentic Naples experience just there, close to most sites and metro stations. Hotel tucked away in courtyard. After a day on the vibrant yet noisy streets, great to get peace on rooftop terrace with views of Mt Vesuvius and the sea in distance. Bought wine and local delicacies in a charming deli just 100m from hotel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Cosy, comfortable. Highly recommended. Kind staff, helpful with Whatsapp contact when they were not servicing reception.

The location is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to fully experience and explore the city. Tucked away in a quiet courtyard, you take the lift up to the fourth floor and suddenly find yourself in a peaceful retreat — it’s hard to believe you’re in the centre of such a vibrant city. Before we even arrived, the staff had already sent clear and helpful directions on how to find the property, which made everything so easy. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and throughout our stay the team were incredibly helpful, offering local advice and even sending us recommended points of interest to visit around Naples — a lovely personal touch. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated to a high standard, and spotlessly clean. Despite being right in the heart of Naples, it was impressively quiet, allowing us to relax after busy days of exploring. If you’re looking for the perfect base to discover Naples, this is it. A good property, close to many of the tourist sites in the historic center. However, the elevator is a real pain. You need to have 50cents to use it during day times and parts of saturdays. It’s free after 9pm and on Sundays. Having coins on hand at all times is inconvenient. The elevator is also incredibly slow, so if it’s in use you will wait a long time. However the staff were very nice and overall it’s still a good property, if only they could replace the elevator with something more modern.
