Good location. Easy to get to. Beautiful lobby. Staff - check in was great, professional, respectful, polite; hostess at breakfast buffet also great, but some of the food station “chefs” were not polite and actually rude - omelet chef cut off my friend’s question mid-sentence; bar staff respectful and polite, but missed a drink order and had to redo; one of us wanted to buy a watch, but night front desk man was rude and said we had to check in am. Rooms were nice although WiFi did not work most of the first day. Just use the “public” wifi that is supposed to be for lobby area only one of the bell hops told us, so that is what we did. Shower leaked water, but room overall clean. We only stayed 2 nights so not a big deal. Breakfast buffet is discounted for hotel guests. First day was amazing. Second day not so great, actually underwhelming and made 2 of 3 of us have GI discomfort for most of the day. Might try another hotel if we return to Singapore since for the price paid, we expected more, esp the service.
