Booked a standard Room on Hotels.com. Room pictured looked lovely with a window, however the room we were given, whilst it technically had a window, it was contacted over, allowing no view. Probably rightly so. It was an iner facing room, and Pigeons were nesting there, and it looked disgusting, and had a lovely wake-up from them at dawn. It was Room 229.
Stayed at the Grosvenor the weekend before, (Room 519), another inner facing Room, again not like the Photos, Very Disappointing and false advertising.
Hotel is Very Tired, Hallway carpets are well worn
