Our first ever stay at Low wood bay, the hotel was stunning, the spa and facilities were exceptional along with the staff and their fabulous service, so friendly and welcoming it really was such an amazing experience. Can’t wait to visit again and highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and everywhere was clean and tidy. The spa was gorgeous and the blue smoke restaurant was great. Food was incredible. Only criticism would be that some of the refreshments in the room were out of date and the searing area isn’t great where you have breakfast. Tables too close to one another. I don’t want to be in other peoples conversations.

Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is lovely, the spa is amazing, definitely worth booking in for the full spa 3 hours, the food is good but to be honest it’s the staff that make it. Such a lovely bunch!

The room was very clean and well maintained and the comfort of the bed was amazing. Check in staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was Self service but superb. We didn’t use the spa on this occasion as we were there to attend a wedding but have used it previously and it is top notch. My only bug bear is that due to not booking direct I had to pay for parking at £12. This didn’t sit right with me because if using the spa, parking is free, if I had just attended the wedding and had not stayed the night parking would have been free. So then when I give them more custom of staying the night I had to pay because I hadn’t booked directly.

Everything was great and fantastic. The spa was incredible, the staff were lovely, and the hotel’s environment and lake view were beautiful. The only problem was the hotel’s Wi-Fi—it was really weak.

Their is nothing to fault this experience the staff the restaurants were fantastic and the spa is by far the best I have ever visited.

The room was clean as always, stayed here a few times now. This time in the main hotel as we had our dog with us so had a pet friendly room and it was lovely. My only issues around the hotel are the lack of air con in the room and in the W restaurant. I realise this current weather isn’t the norm, but a fan isn’t the greatest. The staff are always fab, and otherwise it was a nice stay. Room was spacious which helped when having our pet Will possibly stay again in future

Great location Very good staff. The Winander section has its own very helpful staff and breakfast with great views. The room we had was a very spacious and well designed. My only comment was a shaving mirror would have been useful given the distance to the actual mirror. The spa access for hotel Guests was somewhat more limited than expected and the outdoor areas were completely separate and require extra payment. What is left in the swimming pool area is a little bit more limited than similar properties in the area we have tried.
