We arrived on the 3 of November the resort was fully recovered from the hurricane, check in was perfect, lobby very nice, lots of light and views. Room was very nice and nice view. Had dinner at Riva food was good, Jose our server was great.
Next day we had breakfast at Riva, service was off, coffee took for ever order mixed up, did not have toasted English muffin but served eggs Benedict. Food was mediocre, buffet was very simple and weak offering.
Breakfast next day was much better service and we love the pancakes amazing.
Pool and beach service was great lazy river and aquarium was great.
First night our tv did not work properly and had to switch rooms, and the pillows had a humidity nasty smell asked to replace but new ones still had the smell.
Valet staff were great and very friendly.
AC kept changing the temperature to 68 at the middle of the night annoying.
It’s a brand new props and I know they have to iron out all the details.
Love the property and definitely will be back.
