Good stay, no detais
The facilities are very good, the hotel is very good equipped and is located in the beach. The Staff, some of them very kind and attentive and some very rude and "tired". Unfortunately, se found a lot of them no so kind. The cleanliness in the room could improve a lot. No details: no birthday detail and big bed requested were not heared. Food and beverage: they need a lot of improvement. Staff need a lot of Training and the quality of Food and beverage poor except in the tematic restaurants. No real hui e and coffee in the breakfast. No option for Cappuccino or any other than filter regular coffee. I found in F&B big problem: Management. No good equipment, organization and look for the details (big ones).
