My experience
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concern we experienced during our recent stay at your hotel. We greatly value the high standards and reputation of the Marriott brand, which is why we feel compelled to address this matter constructively.
Unfortunately, the laundry service provided during our stay fell short of our expectations. Our clothes were not properly washed, which caused some inconvenience during our trip. However, please rest assured that we managed to find a third-party vendor to assist us with this issue, and our garments were successfully laundered.
While we appreciate the efforts of your team, we wanted to share this feedback to help improve the experience for future guests. We believe that consistent attention to detail and quality of service are vital in maintaining the outstanding reputation of your establishment.
