Great hotel, but towels should be better
Almost everything about our stay at this hotel deserves praises, with one notable exception: the towels.
During our two-night stay, we were provided with two sets of towels that were noticeably thin, worn, and even had small holes.
For a hotel of this standard, this was a surprising letdown.
On the POSITIVE side, highlights included:
- Excellent reception and assistance from Jenifer and Ali at the front desk – friendly, helpful, and efficient.
- A beautiful blend of modern decor with original architectural features, creating a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere.
- Spacious, modern, and well-maintained room (we stayed in Room 107).
- Carpet-free room (more hygienic).
- A large, contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- High-quality bed linens. And two pillows for each guest.
- Fully functional air conditioning.
- A very good breakfast.
- Flavored water available in the reception area – a thoughtful touch.
- Great location, just outside the main tourist area.
Areas for IMPROVEMENT:
- Upgrade the towels – guests would appreciate newer, softer, and more absorbent options.
- Install a dimmable light in the bathroom for nighttime use.
- Provide body lotion as part of the bathroom amenities.
- Offer a complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is standard in many hotels of this category.
