This hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly. Its located within walking distance of key Istanbul attractions and we would happily stay at this hotel again as it represents good value. It makes you realised how overpriced many hotels are in the UK.

The hotel was perfectly reasonable value for money. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean an reasonably sized. As power cuts when the room is vacated, the air conditioning stops, and the rooms can be sweltering upon return. In my room, an air conditioning unit which made a noise like a Chinook meant that it was difficult to sleep. The food at breakfast was reasonable, though the coffee and juice were not good. I would recommend this hotel if you're planning to use it as a base and be out most of the time (which was our intention), though there are a few areas that could be improved,vas above.

Istanbul is a fantastic city. But hotel booker beware. This place was decent, but not satisfactory for my intentions. I wanted a wonderful place to wake up on Christmas morning. First, the room was a bit tight, but that's fine. I understand there is a high premium on real estate in this city. But the smell of the bathroom... that was other level. We asked for a candle or spray or something. It's the smell of rotten sour water. We kept the fan on incessantly and the door closed. The balcony was nice, but we didn't really use it because the room was tight and our luggage took that space in front of the door. Honestly, before you book anything just visit in person and see the room then decide. I wish we hadn't booked this and that it wasn't nonrefundable. And it's lame that for such a basic room and high price, breakfast wasn't included. However, the area is loaded with cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, and about 3 downhill blocks from the tram, so location was the best point.

About an 8 minute walk to Blue mosque and approx 20mins to Grand Bazaar/port. , but it was all uphill. Clean and quite. We were given no information about local area or any hints and tips, even though we saw staff going through it with other guests. Even when we asked it was quite limited and not very clear. One of the towels got a tiny bit of eyeliner on and the cleaner told my daughters we would get charged for it. When I asked her foe it back, as I could wash it off she said it was okay, it will come out.

Bedden werden niet verschoond, pas nadat we dat gevraagd hadden aan de receptie. Familie kamer leek op de foto erg groot maar is in werkelijkheid juist super klein. We hadden amper loop ruimte. Uitchecken ging ook heel vreemd, we werden beschuldigd van het gebruik van een hoofdkaart. Blijkbaar kon onze pas alle kamers openen van het hotel, erg onprofessioneel. Ontbijt kent weinig variatie. Wij zouden hier de volgende keer niet willen verblijven.

Buena relación calidad precio

El hotel es pequeño pero tiene una excelente ubicación, todo está limpio. El cuarto es muy pequeño pero para sólo dormir funciona. Un chico de la entrada no es tan amable pero hay otro mucho más atento. El desayuno es bueno.

the staff was nice and helpful, clean bedroom with lovely decorations, comfortable beds. Short walking distance to Blue Mosque and all tourists spots. We didn't need to take any means of transport around the city. Bus to and from the Airport 700mts aprox

Great stay

Great little hotel. Rooms were gorgeous. Really well decorated. Guys from the front desk were really nice and helped with all our needs. Walking distance to the main attractions. Even the towels smelled great. Definitely would return.

Einfach nur schrecklich!!!!! Sauberkeit 0 Service 0 Die Arbeiter haben von nichts Ahnung!!! Wenn man was will, sagen sie zu aber am Ende tut sich nichts!!!! Der Hotelbesitzer geht noch nicht mal ans Telefon bei Beschwerden!!! Schade ums Geld!!!!

Great place, location, city and staff

We had a great experience in Istanbul and at Atlantis Royal Hotel. This is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is new, the rooms are very beautiful, modern and contemporary and have air-conditioning and fridge. Cleaners clean daily. Breakfast is cheap and the accommodation price is also very cheap for the location. The location is great Next to blue mosque and hagia sophia. Shops nearby selling everything you need. Buy groceries from across the road. The staff and management are very helpful all the way from check in to check out. We stayed here for 10 nights and we highly recommend this place :)

Отличный новый отель. Тихое место, отдыхали 12 октября 2019 года! Номера сделаны со вкусом, шикарная ванная комната несмотря на то что был номер эконом! Не жалейте брать стандартные номера. До трамвая 7 минут ходьбы в небольшой подъем. Очень удобно добираться. Площадь султанахмет в 5 минутах. Улочка тихая шума нет. Вай фай работает шикарно! На ресепшене по любому вопросу поможет Ismail. Ему отдельная благодарность! Он оперативно решает любые вопросы! Поменяли три отеля в Стамбуле, однозначно этот отель можно выбирать в не всяких сомнений!! Очень рекомендую!

Es war sehr hellhörig, obwohl renoviert wurde. Man hörte alles von der Dusche des Nachbarszimmer. Ansonsten sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer etwas klein.

Ismael and Ali where brilliant sorting out our rooms without any issues . All credit for making us comfotable and helping us with the area. The hotel is excellent and close distance to all tourist areas. They can sort out all help with taxis and tours. I will be staying here again because of these two.
