We were there to visit my daughter. It was perfect not the most up to date but perfect for a great relaxing time with the family. Great breakfast. Great beds. Pool was not open for 1/2 of stay. But it was a great place.

Wonderful hotel - we’ll definitely stay again. Convenient location close to interstate, clean room & bathroom, comfortable bed, all bathroom fixtures worked & shower had great water pressure. USB ports in lamps for charging phones was a bonus, along with a good selection of hot & cold food at breakfast. Friendly staff topped it off. All in all, a wonderful experience at a fair price!

Breakfast menu is good. It doesn’t start until 6:30, so most construction workers will not benefit from it. Access to the facility is rather cumbersome. Otherwise I would stay there again if needed in the future.

Our room was too hot. The A/C made noise that woke us throughout the night but did not cool the room. It was too hot to sleep well. Too much traffic noise to sleep with the window open. I asked the front desk staff both mornings about getting the A/C fixed and they said there was nothing wrong but I could ask the day manager who was not present when I was. The lobby and hallways were blazing hot and made us sweat just walking through. Our room was upstairs and there is no elevator. There were flies and crawling insects in our room. Fellow travelers at breakfast reported they changed rooms because their first had so many flies in it but their second was little better. Breakfast was watery rubbery eggs and cold turkey sausage. The bathroom sink and counter were wheelchair height and so low that I, at 6’ 2” tall, had to bend over with my head below my waist to wash my face. The toilet and shower are behind the bathroom door, but the sink and harsh bright vanity light are in the bedroom which disturbs others if they’re trying to rest. We checked out 4 days early because of the uncomfortable conditions and poor quality of stay. Hotel staff refused to fix the A/C or even check it and refused to refund the unused portion of our stay. Hotels.com was also unable to obtain any refund for us from the facility, but did give us a credit on our account equal to 10% of what we paid.
