Room was not available at time of checkin. Elevator was not working. Our room was on the third floor so we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. Building was erected in 1926 so stairs are fairly narrow and steep. Also website said parking was free. That's because you have to find a place to parking on the street.

The elevator was under repair for the last day of our trip, so a bit inconvenient, but you gotta fix what you gotta fix. Breakfast bar was OK. Location was great! Not a lot of options in Bay Ridge, but this really worked well for us! For a non-smoking facility, there was the smell of smoke in the hallway and a bit in our room.
