Well when I went to check in and was given a room, all the lights wouldn't work but one. There were six lights in the room. I called the front desk about not having working lights. I was told by the person at the desk that house keeping wouldn't be back until tomorrow. At that time, the lights can be replaced. I was not satisfied with that response. Me and my son went up to the front desk and I was assigned another room. This room had issues of its own. There was a smell in the room. There was a hole in the wall, wallpaper coming off in the bathroom. There was a stain in the sheets. The fitted sheets didn't fit what appeared to be full size beds that suppose to be 2 queen beds. This exposed not so sanitary mattresses thats no safe for anyone. There was no phone in the room. Tub not clean, it was brown. Door wouldn't close all the way. Water didn't run out faucet freely Remote didn't work. And to top it all, when I returned to the room later that evening around 9:30, there a SNAKE in front of the room that went into the shrubbery. Again, the office was called on my personal phone(no phone in room) to make them aware of this snake in front of the room. I was told that the manager was texted and made aware. Wow!!! I went for coffee in the breakfast area arriving at 5:57 am. I was fully aware that breakfast starts at 6 am. This young lady was playing very vulgar music not fitting for an establishment of this magnitude (or so I thought) loudly. I was ashamed the company itself!!!
