We’ve been staying here for about 5 or 6 years now. It’s always been clean and nice not exceptional but nice. This time I have a few complaints. He has replaced the bed base with ones made of metal. Every time you sit on the bed or roll over it sounds like an oil can or beer can being flexed. It’s very annoying. The second issue I cannot confirm but I believe he may have taken in some “long term rentals” which were sketchy and loud. A small child was in the room above us and was allowed to stay up very late which translated to constant running and jumping while we were trying to sleep. We will go back next year however if the situation is the same, we’ll stay somewhere else.

The rooms were small, but reasonably clean. There was a public hair on the tub, but otherwise looked clean. We requested an extra towel since there were 3 of us, and that seemed to be a challenge for the staff. The front staff told my husband to ask the housekeeper for a towel, the housekeeper demanded the dirty towels first, so we had to request another extra towel the next evening, it took a while to get it. My husband found some paraphernalia under a chair and near a drink machine, and we reported it to the staff. The rooms were not very sound proof, and we had noisy neighbors…. All in all, not a great experience. The front staff was polite though.

The layout is slightly odd but the room was clean, nice size frig and microwave. They have free continental breakfast too! This was an unexpected trip and we go here very late, but the staff/owner were super and kind.
