The hotel was clean and bright. Even though the hotel had renovations going on, it was kept quiet so it did not bother the guests. The continental breakfast had a much smaller selection than previous Hilton hotels we have stayed at, but it served its purpose. The hotel was located close to a busy road, so getting in and out of the parking lot was inconvenient during busy traffic times. There was a decent selection of restaurants nearby as well as shopping. We had a 3 night stay and our room was never serviced. During check in on Thursday the front desk said they would service our room on Saturday. I can deal with running down to get clean towels from the desk, and not having our beds made daily BUT even after requesting for someone to come grab our trash after the third day of our stay nobody ever came. The hotel also offers shampoo/conditioner/bodywash but the bottles were completely empty in the shower. After requesting them to be refilled twice, we had to grab bottles from the front desk. After our many requests for things that should’ve been refilled and refreshed during our stay, it was clear the front desk associates were annoyed with the many requests they get from guests. For the amount of money we spent on our stay, I was disappointed at the lack of service provided.
