Incredible service and great location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This hotel is in a great location and is clean and tidy but the best part is the fantastic service you receive. Every member of staff was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. They were so kind, helpful with recommendations and ensuring we had everything we need. We ended up booking our last two nights quite last minute due to plans being changed by the typhoon and they made it so easy and stress free. I’d 100% recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hanoi!

We love the family room. The room is really modern, spacious, and clean. The hotel is situated close to the train station, busy market, and eat-all-you-can bbq buffets. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely & very accomodating staff. We had a nice room with great wifi, great air conditioning, and a cute little apartment with nice plants. It is a very convenient location, walking distance from all of the good sights in Hanoi. Would definitely recommend this place.

Located in a little alley near the train tracks, but still easy to get Grab you just need to walk a little ways (if taking a car). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. The staff was absolutely amazing!

Amazing property and most importantly amazing staffs there. They made sure everything was in order for me to have a comfortable stay. The place is located close to all prime areas and you can walk to them. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back. No complaints here. Thank you La Cascada!

Hotel at the top of the Old Quarter.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic. They were so nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I found the location odd, our room overlooked the railway line, but it was double-glazed and we heard nothing. The room was spacious and had good aircon, and the bathroom was updated. But, it was a little bit tired and lacked some home comforts. For example, the mini fridge never chilled anything.

Super nice hotel in the old part of Hanoi. Great room, super location. We were close to everything. Rosie and her team made us feel so welcome. Everyone was serviceminded, sweet and friendly. Rosie guided the taxi driver to the hotel and made sure that we got a taxi on time to take us to the airport again. If you plan to go to Hanoi and want to experience the old town, I recommend you stay at La Cascada House & Travel.

Great place to stay - quiet, clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and a safe. Good location but far enough away from the busy streets around the Old Quarter. All the staff were very friendly and helped me with booking my trip to Halong Bay. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay as a family of 4 at La Cascada. Our room was clean and the hotel location was great, with a 10 minute walk to most location's that meant that we were get around everywhere easily. The staff were amazing, beautiful peope who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They were so helpful with organising transfer to and from the airport, with great communication. They also helped book two great tours for us to do. Thank you so much.

The best value for money hotel. The hotel location is a little confusing, but it is close to the Old Quarter, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Above all, the hospitality of the staff is similar to that of a luxury hotel. If you're going to wander into Hanoi, you should attack it as an option. 最高にらコストパフォーマンスに優れたホテル。ホテル場所が少し分かりにくいがオールドクォーターの近くでありながら、喧騒から離れることができる。何よりもスタッフのホスピタリティは高級なホテルにも似たものがある。ハノイにふらりと立ち寄るなら選択肢に攻め火入れて欲しい。
