"I would not agree with the 4 star rating. This hotel is centrally located just outside Ortiga old town, the breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious but that is where the positives end. The hotel is tired with peeling paint in places throughout. The patio area in front of the main doors is now used to store garbage and recycling. There is no bar or restaurant despite what the website states. The experience was like a B&B. The central open-air patio has plastic furniture but without any cushions so you cannot comfortably relax anywhere but your room. I tried sitting there but it seems to be used just as a smoking location for visitors. The rooms appear to have central aircon but we were told it was not operational so the room temp was +25c by mid afternoon making sleeping very difficult. Due to the location right on the main road it is too noisy to open the windows. Very disappointing experience and would not stay again."
