Quiet Oasis Away From Home
Check in was easy and friendly. We were greeted enthusiastically. Property waa extremely clean and maintained. I liked that it had secure access into the property. Our room was smaller than au expected but it wasn't a deal breaker. I'll just get a different room next time. Bed was extremely comfortable. Very quiet property. Amenities were great. Wonderful
Every day of my family travels to Kingsmill in every year and gets better and better last year. The gym was being renovated when I traveled there this year it was complete. It’s absolutely phenomenal. Kingsmill service is outstanding. Not quite what we expected
To start computer was down so staff had to take out information on paper. Sal took out information and was very patience, friendly, and professional. People in lobby using foul language in front of small children. Old men acting like frat boys. If this is the clientele you are marketing to this is fine but you should not advertise the KM for families. Rooms were clean but showing age and could use some TLC. Air conditioner was loud and made it difficult to sleep. Location of room was nice being on the water. I would consider another location the next time we are in Williamsburg. Again, staff was top notch.

A beautifully groomed resort
A great place to stay once you get oriented to the grounds. We were only there the one night which was unfortunate because there wasn’t enough time to enjoy all the amenities. The gym was amazing. Quiet grounds if you enjoy cycling. Really good restaurants.

Relaxing at its finest
The view of the river from our room was splendid. The faucets in the bathroom should be replaced or fixed. There was some sort of crud on the table alongside the bed. The response for request such as linen for the fold out bed or rides to various areas of the resort were very quick. The staff in all areas of the resort were extremely polite and helpful. The kid pool area was even very relaxing, while the kids of all ages did what they do best. Play.
