One overnight desk clerk was extremely helpful finding a ride to the airport very early, 5 stars to her. Other staff seem not that engaged. The room was clean and comfortable. The hall carpets are dirty and worn, there was always a wet spot from I don't know what on the stairs, the pool was down for maintenance. Plenty of parking, walking distance to decent restaurants and a grocery store.

The best part about this stay was the comfortable bed and the lower price point. The facility is outdated and worn. The pain in the bathroom was peeling or large pieces scuffed from wear and tear. The laminate flooring in the bathroom is buckling from too much water on the floor. The toilet didn't flush well. The side chair in the room was misshapen from wear. There was rust along the interior windows of the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was not good. Waffles tasted off.... maybe old batter? Not sure. Fortunately, McDonalds is just around the corner at the end of the street. The staff was very accommodating, courtesy and helpful. The location is great. The room temperature was fully adjustable and the bed was great. If you need the bare minimum this would be an acceptable place to stay if your not picky about appearances.
