I checked in real late, the front desk was very polite. Checked me right in. The lobby looks fine. i walked upstairs to my room on the 2nd floor and was a lil freaked out. Its 3am, and there were some doors slighty open and the floors and walls are not very clean. Im tired so i just want to get into my room. The door was too small for the frame. There was about an inch of space all around the door... when i entered the room it smelt like someone was blowing cigarette smoke right into my face.. it was grose. I didnt want to go back to the lobby, im going to wait it out until morning. The bedding did not have bed bugs, i always check...however there were many cigarette burns and stains on the sheet and blanket... i.put towels on the bed, slept in my clothes and wore my sweater over my face as a filter. When the sun came up i changed rooms. Now im on the 1st floor not far from the lobby so i felt a lil more.comfort. I couldn't get the door open, so i went back to the front desk, and a maintenance man opened my door for me. He used his key flipped the door handle up and did 2 body slams into the door to get it open.... i said your joking right, this is how i have to open the door??? The room was cleaner and it didnt smell. He said most the doors are like that, and that i was in one of the better rooms :/ my coworker showed up and we stayed 5 nights. On Saturday Ppl hung outside my window, and i had strange nocks on my door, would not stay here by myself.
