The room was completely neglected. While the General Manager, Casey, along with the supervisor and the maintenance engineer were courteous and genuinely apologetic, the rest of the staff was the complete opposite.
The staff we encountered was unfriendly, condescending, rude, mean-spirited, and highly unprofessional. We were harassed, teased, misled, and given incorrect information, which only worsened an already painful situation. At the time of our stay, we were mourning and coping with significant grief due to the recent loss of several loved ones. The staff showed absolutely no compassion or sensitivity to what we were going through, nor did they seem to care.
Because of this experience, I will never book with this hotel again unless there are major renovations and the three staff members we encountered are removed or properly retrained to address their unacceptable and abrasive behavior.
