There looked to be some repairs needed for the ceiling in the room and rooms had a musty smell when we first got in there. The smell seemed to dissipate after turning on the a/c. Overall ethe beds were comfortable and I would consider staying there again, as price was reasonable.

Sheets were not very clean had mold around shower head knobs. And loudness all night in halls. Walk outside and trash cans knocked over with trash laying all over ground. Staff didn’t tell me where my room was hand me my card and had to figure out where to go on my own.

Musty smell in halls and some rooms. Hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was poor. Not a lot of options and cereal stale. Coffee not made. Front desk person nonchalant about issues. The first front desk person was nice and helpful but after that, not so much. Shower pressure was good but TP holder broken and shower gel dispenser broken. Cheap room. Get what you pay for

When we arrived into our room the air was completely shut off (it was also extremely hot in the hallways). Our room was over 90 degrees because the outside temperature was 105 that day. It took 2 hours to cool our room down which made sleeping very difficult. Upon check in, we were told the pool was like an ice bath and that it wasn't in the best of shape, so no swimming for our kiddos. It was a decent enough place to rest our head for one night but I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.

I wouldn't stay here ever again. Handicap accommodations had 1 bar located BEHIND the toilet, no tissues, breakfast was very limited and unappealing, hallway carpet dirty and rippling as you walked on it. Stay away from this place.

I really don't like to leave bad reviews but this visit had problems. I don't think they vaccuumed my room as i found nail clippings and my bed looked unkempt, but decided it was because it was just wrinkly and not well made as it did kinda smell washed. Then I killed a cockroach. I kinda have a phobia about them so left the lights on all night and barely slept. Then didn't take a shower as I just didn't feel like things had been cleaned well and got paranoid about it.

Room had a musty smell. Mattress needs updated. Bathroom floor had cracked tiles. Rooms have been updated but the management and housekeeping is not keeping up with general day to day upkeep. Hall walls were all scratched from housekeeper carts and a basic touch up would go a long ways. Carpets need shampooed. Breakfast was horrible. Absolutely NO meat offerings and just a below average offering. That’s the hotel cheaping out on guests.. Food was overcooked and not refilled quickly. Front desk is in charge of it and it shows not having a breakfast attendant. Ice machine in the hallway leaked and there was an old towel on the floor to catch the leak. Very Classy. Welcome Mat was stained, a great first impression. High tip table had the chairs turned upside down on the table during the entire two day stay. Very welcoming. Overall, the management or lack of is dripping the ball on this property. It could be very nice and full of guests with just the right daily routine and upgrades.

Unfortunately, the elevator was not working. As an older adult, it would have been difficult to walk up the stairs, so they gave me a room on the first floor. Everyone was very helpful.
