The nicest part about our stay was that the room was clean.

See attached photos of drain plug. Has to be years of hair built up. So much so that when I attempted to shower the bath tub filled with water, leading to this discovery. Absolutely disgusting and uncomfortable room.

This was absolutely terrible. The first room we checked into have a dirty bathroom with urine and feces still in the toilet And it had bed bugs. The 2nd room was cleaner but rinked of Marijuana.

We had a horrible night at this hotel. It was not clean - urine and a pubic hair on the toilet seat, stains on the sheets, floor not mopped. We had cleaning items in our car and were able to clean the room so that we could sleep...until our neighbors began an extremely loud domestic dispute (to the point where my husband almost called the police). We will NEVER book at this Quality Inn again - and in fact the brand itself is ruined for me.

First impressions: (which is just upon waking into the room, and more happened during the remainder of out stay): The carpet had not been vacuumed The room smelled badly The "double" beds were very small (must have been full sized) No blankets or bedspreads Hair was in the sink No fridge Bathroom floor was sticky

Room was dirty, there was bed bugs on the bed and when I went pulled the covers off bed it was dirty, stuff on the bed and dead bed bugs. Outside were like these bigs or whatever they were dead on the sidewalk and on the doors of the RM. I didn't even stay there I jus left an got me another place to stay.

The person who checked my family and I in, did NOT LIKE US for some reason. We butted heads immediately. Very disrespectful to understanding my problem and completely unwilling to change her position.

Place was average to below at best. Luckily I just wanted a bed, shower and to watch a little of the football game before sleep. Floors were stained and sticky in some areas but I did not complain, just avoided those areas. TV was not clear and when I called to front desk for a channel guide the lady simply said if one is not in room then they don’t have one…no options. They had one ice machine for the entire place. Bed was ok and pillows were terrible. The breakfast was also very limited so I just skipped it and went to local chain. If they cleaned it a little better

Property was dirty and looked like it was closed for a while. The attached Fridays was closed, the Keys that I was given didn't work, towels not folded neatly with no washcloths. No local menu's or info about the breakfast on the property. A/C very loud. Room was clean enough, bed seemed old. OK for the price.

Front desk staff was friendly when checking in. Bed was comfortable. However, door did not lock. We called the front desk, they said to push hard which we did, but were unsuccessful. So we moved the fridge in front of the door and went to bed.

Easy to find and near a lot of shops and restaurants. Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Well lit parking lot.

Top three worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Checked into our room and there were dead roaches on the bathroom floor, pillow cases have a stale yellow color, AC sounded like I had a generator in my room, no Xtra sheets or blankets for pull out bed, only one clean towel in the bathroom, hair on the tub/unclean (had to take a shower with shoes on), mattresses were caved in. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!

This older hotel is in a very convenient location: near the highway, easy to access other areas of Williamsport, and near some good places to eat. There is a nice Japanese restaurant and an Olive Garden very close by, plus fast-food choices. The general area is more semi-industrial and the road is busy. The room was very comfortable and so was the bed. However, the room lacked a comfortable chair for reading; the only available chair was an office chair. There is a pool, and a complimentary breakfast, and there is ample parking. This is a garden-style hotel, so if you have any difficulty with stairs, ask for a room on the ground floor. I enjoyed my stay.

I travel and stay in hotels frequently. I have never had an experience like I had at this Quality Inn. Check in is 3PM, however we are arrived at 4:30PM and our room was not ready. We waited approximately 25 minutes for our room. The staff was not apologetic or anything. Once in the room our bathroom toilet was NOT CLEAN. The overall feeling of the hotel and property was unclean and unsafe. Many people sitting outside their rooms with their room doors open at all hours of the night. We paid way too much money for this type of hotel experience. Extremely disappointed.
