We stayed for 5 days and found the location extremely convenient. Thanks to its proximity to Liverpool Street Station, getting around the city was very easy and we had no transportation issues at all. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were a bit smaller than they appeared in the photos, and having only one chair besides the bed was slightly inconvenient. However, overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily consider staying here again in the future.

A fabulous location in downtown London near all the tourist spots. Tiny flat, but comfortable with a great price. Brick Lane is a trendy neighbourhood which is safe day and night. Lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Affordable London with a very comfortable mattress, what could be better?

The location was perfect for us. The breakfast was good and a nice long length of time so you didnt feel reshed to go have breakfast if you had a late night out in london town. The AC was nice but always seemed to reset to the defaullt 21°. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and available. Good job.

The Hub at Spitalfields was absolutely fantastic! It was so comfortable, quiet, clean, ideally situated, close to the underground and within walking distance of the Spitalfields Market and Bishopsgate. The rooms are small but modern and lovely. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms have rainfall showers. The Hub has become my go-to for UK travel!

It was a very nice location. Breakfast was a minimum, no cheese, ham. No vegetables. We arrived one hour earlier , wanted 15pound for early incheck. But they took care of out luggage snd a nice marked close. To digital light control for me, its nice to be able to keep light on in the bathroom when people sleep.

The biggest asset to the hotel appears to be the staff - everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room itself is neat and compact as is typical of this brand, but the fittings were starting to show their age - the curtain was partly broken, the bathroom mirror starting to peel, sink plug didn't look right, etc - but all minor issues in the grand scheme of things. Overall, a great value stay so no complaints. I would happily return if the rates remained reasonable.

The room was small but brilliantly appointed and immaculate! The bathroom has a rainfall shower that is wonderful after a full day out in London! The continental breakfast was perfect with croissants, fresh fruit, toast, yogurt, and granola. Even more wonderful? The water, hot coffee and tea are available 24 hrs. They also allow you to store your luggage if you arrive earlier than the check in time and also if your airport/train departure is later than the check out time. The location cannot be beat. The Hub in Spitalfields is about a 5 min walk from Spitalfields Market and 5 to 10 minute walk to the underground. Also many of attractions are within walking distance as well! But the best part was the staff! The staff at the Hub, especially Lavinia at the front desk, were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure your stay is at the Hub is wonderful The Hub has become ny London got-to!
