Large stains on curtains, dirty bathroom floor and tub, a/c didn't work, bad smells in our room and throughout the hotel, pool closed for maintenance the three days we were there. The first night we stayed we called hotels.com to ask if we could cancel our third night since it was outside of the 24 hour window. The hotel said it was against policy to let anyone shorten their stay once they had checked in so we were stuck with these conditions. I am not one to leave a negative review but I was really upset with these conditions considering the 8/10 rating so I just wanted to make sure I shared more accurate information.

This hotel needs some serious renovations. The outside and the inside. I didn’t want to stay but it was so late and I was tired. Bathroom was gross, the curtains were so dirty. What water was coming out of the shower was not hot at all. I was miserable there.

Clean. A/c worked really well. Beds were pretty decent comfort. You can definitely tell it's not brand new, some cosmetic updates would be good, but it really was a nice stay over all. It was very quiet. The front desk & lobby attendant always very kind & polite. We returned to our room a little before midnight on a Saturday & the parking lot seemed well lit.
