They didn't have our reservation, when they finally gave us a room it had no power except in the bathroom. The second room was dirty, looked like blood on a lower part of a wall. Sheets didn't look clean at all. Toilet made a loud noise for 2 minutes after flushing. We could not stay and had to leave and find somewhere more suitable for kids.

Staff needs educated regarding Hotels.com

The hotel itself was exactly what I would expect for the price. It was nothing glamorous just a basic room so it did have a mini fridge and microwave. However, I had a horrible check-in experience. I prepaid for the room online using myhotels.com credit card only to arrive and have the staff not know how to process my check-in. They were convinced that the card I paid with was a card I didn't even own and they were going to charge me again. The staff member said that prepaid meant that I hadn't paid and it was only an authorization. It took about 10 minutes of trying to explain to her what was going on for her to call a superior and the check-in to be fully processed. Had I went along with what she was trying to tell me, I would have been charged double for the room.

No bedbugs but the room was dirty. Marks on the walls. Plug in switch plates missing. Only 1 plug in the room worked to charge phones.

I didn’t like anything about this property. No security chain on door, beds only had bedding laid on top of mattress, so if you are a restless sleeper all sheets come off of mattress because they don’t get tucked in. Walls need painting and garbage, you have to take it out if you want an empty waste basket for the next day. Felt very insecure. Left two days early because of it.

The rooms weren’t all ready. The rooms all 3 smelled. The pool wasn’t children friendly. People were getting drunk & hearing obscene music. The area seemed unsafe. Don’t recommend unless you have no other choice.

When you keep the customers up till 2 am popping firworks on propery, i was not happy after driving 15 hours with three kids! I was very disappointed in the beds, and the breakfast in the morning was cereal with milk and toast, that sucks!

Never again.

The room smelled like urine & smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. There was a bar of soap on the vent to try to hide the smell. The TV was small.

Disappointed overall

Well the beds only had two pillows for two queen beds which was not good. The back of the shelf falling apart. The TV was fuzzy when it was working and the phone in the room didn't work at all. It also listed breakfast on the site and their was none.
