LOUD! There was an event and we booked a family room. The noise kept waking the children after 10 pm. After the second phone call it got better and was able to get some sleep. Room was clean and spacious! The amenities were great. We have stayed here before and not had an issue though were always previously in a rear room not near lobby and the room where events are hosted. So next time will request a room at back of resort!
