We were not impressed by the hotel at all. Due to a mistake on our part, we booked rooms for a week later. No effort was made at the desk to help us change the reservation. Although we checked into the hotel as guests with a newly rented room, our request for a possible refund was also denied. Unfortunately, most of the staff could not speak English either. At some points there weren‘t even someone in shift who could speak english with us. In general, we felt very unwelcome by the staff. There were repeated failures with the wifi and television. The Hotel is far away from the inner districts of the city. The pool was also not open seasonally at over 25 degrees, although Expedia indicated it as a hotel with a pool. The corridors smelled of cigarette smoke. Used dirty dishes from room service were sometimes left on the corridor floor for several hours. Generally not even close to a 5 star experience and not recommended.

Öncelikle temizlik ve hijyen konusunda berbat bir otel. Spaya indiğimde sauna vb gibi kullanımlar için ekstra ücret talep ediyorlar hiçbir yerde yaşamadığım bir durum çalışanlarına söylediğimde bu konuları tel açıklaması şirketimizin çalışma şekli böyle deyip kestirip atıyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum konaklama için başka yerlere bakınız.
