When I booked the property it says the room comes with a balcony but we got a room in downstair. The property needs renovation. The sheet was clean, bathroom is big, comes with a nice size tv.

I had another good stay at this motel on Friday night. The staff is pleasant and the breakfast was good but the facility can use a paint job on the outside walkway. I plan to stay at this motel in the future.

Fit the Bill!
We were looking for a place not too expensive to just spend the night. This place fit the bill; clean and comfy. Bathroom needed some work and the floors were quite slippery, just coming in from the bad weather. Nothing a few scatter rugs and bathmat could fix. Bed was comfortable and a nice little dining table for 2 near the window. We'd stay there again.

Property was locates on a busy road. It was noisy. It is a average motel. nothing special. For what I paid he room was ok. Appearance wise it looked like it need some tender love care. It has maintenance issues. If I go back to the Berkshires again I would not stay there

Room so old and janky - and for $91! Don't get me wrong, I am not expecting too much for an Econolodge, but was is shocking is that it was $91. It should be about $55 for something so dirty and run down. Was very appreciative of the friendly and helpful staff, though.

We were in the motel only to sleep overnight, but it was fine. It was clean, basic, some recent paint and furniture, helpful front desk. Small room. Some plaster crumbling and needs more updating but everything worked except for TMobile (dead zone for TMobile). Breakfast just coffee and pastry.

I prefer no-frills motels which is what this is. Cheap, clean, great hot water and shower pressure, fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer and great mountainous view across the street. Pretty quiet except during high traffic times. Outside property looks kind of rundown, my screen door to the balcony wouldn't close and there was a hole in the wall but overall a great place for my basic needs. I will be back.
