Attempted to check in; I was given a room that was not the same as booked; looked at the room and it was horrible. This motel/inn has room doors to the street not very secure, The room also had a small chair that looked like it was clawed to death by a cat. I ended up canceling my reservation amd finding a hotel more suitable.

Room was clean, shower head was coming out of the wall. Was unable to turn off the AC unit (which rattled all night). It also looked like the floor and table lamps had rust on them, which I found odd. Staff were very kind. Check in and out were seamless.
