Great location and really gorgeous funky, hotel. Very easy self check in, helpful staff, great vibe before we even got to our room! We were lucky enough to be on the ninth floor and the view was incredible, the huge round window makes it look like a photo. I sent it to a friend who said it looked super imposed! We went a floor up to the roof top bar and saw the most spectacular sunset. A fabulous stop off on our journey. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable bed and pillow, small bathroom but worked well. Overhead shower and front handheld shower dispenser. Small refrigerator. Circular window where you can sit and read a book. Great location to get anywhere, the the hop-on hop off bus is 5-minute walk as is the main train station. A minute walk to Main downtown shopping area. We did not use the bar or eat, also did not use the gym. We got there a little early but the lady was able to get us into our room which was extremely helpful. They also have a large drop off bag area in case your room is not available or you need to leave your bag after checkout. Plenty of places to eat and shop inside the main train terminal. Good food + supermarket.

We loved everything about this property. From thee moment we arrived, we were greeted and made to feel welcomed. Due to a schedule changed in travel plans, we had to book a single first night and then booked 4 additional nights. So, that meant a room change. Typically, this would mean a checkout, 3-4 hour wait for our room to be ready. Not at the Mooons, the change in rooms took no more than 15 minutes. Now, the rooms - amazing! The circular window looking toward the center of Vienna so beautiful day or night. Very Clean room and the amenities such as waters, coffee/tea set up, safe, plenty of closet space. Location - across from one of their major train stations (which we used with no effort) and their metro to central city area. Our only regret was choosing not to have the room cleaned daily. We would opt for that at our next stay.
