This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in!!! They didn’t have an elevator, no ice on the second floor, the room was blazing hot upon entry, the bed made terrible noises, the blanket smell like a nursing home, only had two pillows, covers had cigarette burn holes, THE WHOLE PLACE WAS DISGUSTINGLY GROSS AND I’LL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My boyfriend and I were in town for a UT game and it was good enough for a two night stay. Just don’t look too closely at the floors, or curtains, or walls. There was a mold spot in our bathroom. Overall, the bed was clean, the area was safe, the shower had hot water and the air conditioner worked (a little too well as it was 58 in our room all weekend). It was 10 minutes from the stadium so we were able to uber to and from. Moral of the story, it was fine to literally just sleep here two nights but we will never stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. BEWARE: If you have a pet, they'll try to charge $25 plus tax each night. Their website shows $10/night, up to a maximum of $100 per stay.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive to our needs during our stay. You can actually smell how clean the rooms are and you can see housekeeping using an actual mop and solution to clean the rooms. This is the number one place to stay! I do wish they offered more amenities. The pool wasn't open at any point during my stay and I actually stayed for about two weeks, so I'm hoping that will change at some point during a future stay.

This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport.

Great location, lousy motel. Rooms were run down, not very clean, bedspreads had burn holes, tiles were missing, floors were dirty. Had to stay because there were no other hotels available. Do not recommend.

Clean, great shower, nice room. The 4 stars are because the very firm bed wrecked my back! That's a me problem though. Not their fault. Anyway...pretty great stay!
