Best hotel in Erzurum, friendly staff

The hotel staff were very friendly and all my questions were answered. This is important to me because traveling by public transport in Türkiye requires asking many people. Everything in the room was nice and I liked the big trash can in the room as many hotel trash cans are very small. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is in the city center, very convenient to go anywhere.

After a warm and friendly welcome, the reservation didn't take long. My belongings were moved to a clean, warm and comfortable room. Before I even arrived at the hotel, Kerim Bey at the reception asked me; if everything was okay by phone; because I was a little late. During my two-week stay at the hotel, both Cüneyt Bey and Kerim Bey helped me with everything. Even Celil Efendi, who looks after the rooms, met all my requests. Every year, I decided to come to Çınar Hotel in Erzurum for a ski ⛷️ holiday. I thank them all 😍…

A simple room but we really appreciated that it was clean (one of the cleaner hotel rooms we encountered during 3 weeks in eastern Turkey), had comfortable beds, hot water, ambient lighting (it's rare to have any lights beyond the harsh ceiling light), and a simple but tasty breakfast.
