Upon arriving checkin was easy, Hostess was kind and helpful. Its cost friendly but keep in mind no breakfast but plenty in town to go to or get it delivered, coffee provided in room and in common room. The King Room is clean, spacious and relaxing. Great Tv too. Thanks so much!

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Bed was really comfy. Convenient location. Walmart right next-door. The room was a bit musty and the bathroom could use a little touch up. Less than 30 minutes to the beach and super close to Michigan Adventure. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

We used this hotel for an overnight because it is close to Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. NO BREAKFAST IS PROVIDED. However, there are lots of amenities near by. The area is beautiful with a trail around the lake. The hotel has friendly personal, clean rooms, updated linens, but is dated. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Positives: Room climate was nice. easy to adjust. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom and shower were very good. Negatives: no first floor rooms (didn’t seem that crowded), no elevator, I had three extremely heavy cases to lug upstairs. Hair dryer assembly came off the wall in my hands. NO BALE ON THE HOOK AND BALE DOOR LATCH. Not a secure room…

Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the motel was in a park-like setting not far from the highway. The woman who checked us in gave good suggestions for restaurants, and it was easy to get to downtown Whitehall. I wish they still served breakfast, but the room did have a refrigerator and coffee maker, so we were able to make our own. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Whitehall.

my family and i had a 2 night stay at this location and it was a good experience overall. we were welcomed when we checked in at the front desk and were given the general info of where our room was and wifi password. our room was neat and clean and kept sound out of the room as well. this location is convient for attractions and sight seeing! the location does not serve breakfast like hotel.com lists.

This place was a good bit cheaper than other places in the area, but worked out well. It was not far from Michigan's Adventure theme park and White Lake. Bed was comfortable. I would have liked more light in the room. HVAC worked well. A working plug in the tub would have been helpful. There is no breakfast although it looked like there used to be.

Overall I would say our experience was average. Room was fine but the air conditioning wasn’t very strong. Biggest complaint was the breakfast; literally just cereal and little Debbie like pastries. If you want a cheapest stay though it worked.

The staff was friendly. However, the rooms were dirty. Towels and bedding looked dingy and had dirty stains on them. I went out and bought new towels and hand towels. And a twin comforter. When checking out we found smashed Doritos and broken jewelry we assume from the last guest. We were not impressed. The breakfast…..it was cereal and muffins. Nothing more
