The customer service was excellent. Amanda and Katia were very helpful and friendly. Amanda went above and beyond for the guests and always did so with a smile and upbeat attitude. Also, the hotel was very close to the metro station and in close proximity to several restaurants.

Good rooms, terrible staff

Hotel is located fantastic to public transportation and main sights in Paris. Very clean rooms and good air conditioning. But, the service at the reception is terrible and lazy. You don’t even get a “hello” or “good morning” or anything. Once I asked where the nearest street market was and I got the most vague answer “I don’t know”, which I was very surprised about. This is an example of the unfortunate way of service the hotel staff are providing. 10/10 for houskeeping though! Fresh towels and cleaning every single day.

A very positive experience.

Dropped bags off very early in the day upon arrival in the city which was really easy. Staff tried to see if room was available but unfortunately not. Staff also really keen to offer any support we needed for getting around and things to see/do. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. For what we paid we we were very happy.

Room small but comfortable although very warm despite air conditioning. No toilet door therefore privacy was compromised. Very little storage space and no in room tea/coffee making facilities. However a pleasant place to stay for just a couple of days and excellent location.

Peaceful, very friendly, very convenient hotel

My teenage son and I stayed for three nights during our first trip to Paris. The room was very clean, very quiet (even the air-con) and conveniently located with plenty of places to eat, small supermarket and metro station for line 7. The staff were very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. The biggest thank you to Amed - he's been exceptional.

北站附近的精品旅館

這是我第三次入住這間旅館，一開始預訂是因為旅館在北站附近，走路十到十五分鐘就能到，也能搭公車，旁邊的街道也有一個地鐵站，對搭火車到北站和東站的旅客來說非常方便。附近有很多好吃的餐廳、超市、麵包店等，生活機能很好。因為旅館不位在主要大街上，環境很安靜，房間大寢具也很舒服，晚上容易入睡。房間內有冰箱但沒有熱水壺，這是唯一覺得有點遺憾的地方。我很喜歡這裡，我會再回來的！

Awful, no A/C. claimed to have AC when i booked, they had none. didn't offer me even a fan and when I asked for one, they said sorry we gave all of the fans to other guests. do not stay here in the summer. did not sleep at all. room was hotter than the hallway and outside.

Fin beliggenhet og veldig trivelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Litt mindre rom enn vi trodde ut fra beskrivelsen på Hotels.com, men har forstått at til å være i Paris så var det romslig. Eneste negative er at aircondition var ute av drift mens vi var der. Personalet var imidlertid åpne om tilstanden og jobbet hardt for å få det fikset. Helt OK+ frokost, men litt lite kapasitet i spisesalen.

Nice little hotel, 10 min walk from Gardu Nord train station. Lots of bars and shops around to choose from. Staff very friendly and accommodating! In general very nice and clean place to stay in the heart of Paris! The only downside was that we were unable to open the window and the air conditioning wasn’t very strong.
