Didn’t even end up staying here as after I booked and rang them to find the exact location of the hotel, they told me they didn’t have space and re-directed me a 20 minute walk to another property that was not acceptable at all. When I asked to be refunded or have my booking cancelled, they told me it wasn’t something they could do as Hotels.com needed to do. Contacted Hotels.com explaining the situation and they had been unable to make contact with the Hotel initially. And now I’m left out of pocket, paying for a hotel room that I didn’t stay in.
Between Hotels.com and this hotel, I’m so disappointed and upset.
