WORST HOTEL EVER!!! We stayed in room 214 11/1/25 and the front door would not lock. We notified the front desk as soon as we attempted to check in. We were told to lift up on the door but never got it to latch. We told the front desk when we were leaving for dinner at 4pm. They said it would be repaired. After we returned, the maintenance worker said he fixed it and we got a new key. When we returned, the lock was still not working and you could open the door simply by pushing on the door. The maintenance guy came back, replaced the lock for 45 min and it still didnt work. At 1:30am, the lady from the front desk and the maintenance man offered us room that had NOT been cleaned and had fruit flies in it. They offered to fix it again, but it was already almost 2am, and we were exhausted so we went to bed. DID NOT sleep at all during the night because I didn't know if someone was going to come in our room since the door never locked! The front desk lady was very nice, but she couldn't do anything without the owner's approval...which never came. I simply want a refund, and that's not happening. I sent emails to the owners, Hotels.com with no results. This is so disappointing. Terrible customer service.
