The check in guy was very nice and cool. The ladies that clean the room, watch you everywhere you go, they have ice machines that doesn’t work but have a fridge in the lobby for you to pay for ice, the jetted tub- all the buttons were broke so we didn’t really get to enjoy that, there was a small bit of mold on the wall and a bit more.

The entire place was dirty. Parking lot, hallways, elevator - all dirty. We checked in and it smelled like weed in the lobby and elevator. The hallways hadn't been vacuumed in several days, if not weeks. We stayed because it was non-refundable, but we will never come back to this location.

The room’s furniture was literally disintegrating. Floor wasn’t in the best shape/cleanliness wasn’t great. Beds were super hard. Pool area was absolutely disgusting. Walls were falling apart, stuff on the floor and some sort of oily substance floating on the FREEZING water. Pool was the only reason I booked the hotel in the first place. No sheets on the pull out bed when we went to use it so my oldest son just shared with my youngest. Overall the whole hotel needs a redo/overhaul.

This was absolutely the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. We stayed for three nights and had no towels, constant loud banging noises throughout the night, slow internet, dirty conditions, outdated furniture, and beds that were sinking and uncomfortable. The list honestly goes on. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT stay at this hotel.

We were unable to get bedding for the hide-a-bed. The desk attendant was snarky and unapologetic about it. Every drawer in the room was full of garbage at check-in. There were no pool towels. The hallways and elevator were soaked from people not being able to dry off at the pool. We had reservations to return at the end of the month, but canceled and found somewhere else to stay.

The room was dirty. It smelled like cigarettes and weed. There was hair in the bed. They also held my deposit without reasoning. Please do not book here the whole stay was very uncomfortable. They also wouldn’t give me clean towels because they had already started laundry even though my room was never clean and given new towels the next morning of my stay.
