I was traveling alone with my two young children and unfortunately had a very unsettling experience. The air conditioning in our first room wasn’t working, so the hotel moved us to another room—which also had AC issues and crumbs in the bed. At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth continuing to switch rooms and tried to make the best of it.
However, around 11 p.m., a man attempted to enter our room. It turned out that the employee who had reassigned us earlier never updated the system, and a second employee had unknowingly given our room to another guest. What made the situation even more frightening was that an employee then came to our door late at night, demanding that I open it.
This experience was extremely stressful and felt very unsafe, especially as a woman traveling with children. I would not recommend this hotel based on the lack of communication, cleanliness, and disregard for guest security.
