Great customer service

I booked the room quickly about 30 minutes away, didnt realize smoking allowed in rooms in missouri. They gave me a non smoking roomafter I checked in since someone cancelled late. I appreciated the extra customer service.

The room was clean though my towel was stained from soil. We had a key that opened the adjacent room! Other rooms had card keys.- demand one of those! I kept reminding myself I get what I paid for!

The staff are very courteous and professional. The area is not good, and the building has definitely seen better days.

2/10 Poor

The hotel room was dirty there was a cigarette hole in the bed The only thing great about this room was that there wasn't bed bugs The water never got hot in the sink The heater didn't work it kept going off in the middle of the night and I couldn't get it to turn back on because the power was being tripped by using it. When I checked in they told me they didn't have any single rooms left and that I would have to pay an additional $60 because there was two beds in the room and I booked through a third party service or I could cancel my booking and read book through them I explained that I had prepaid on the app. I told them I was not willing to pay extra 60 bucks for a bed being in the room that I was not using and asked them to only charge me 30 extra dollars They said they would do that and told me not to use the other bed but I was freezing so I had to take the blankets off the other bed. I even had to go get my sleeping bag out of the car.

Pleasant experience

This was a very nice stay. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and everything worked.!! It served my needs perfectly! The owners/ couple were also very pleasant.

It was okay, but somewhat noisy and dilapidated.

There was no breakfast provided. "milk and juice" is what the front desk told us when checking in.

Lots of rust and badly stained ceiling tiles. Beds were clean and comfortable. Sofa very worn. Stains on wall behind furniture. New floor.

Basic economy hotel fit my needs

This property met my needs. It was a little run down and in need of some remodeling, and there was seldom anyone at the front desk, vso you had to call operator to page them. The self-service breakfast nook was good and the rooms clean and comfortable. I was seeking value, not luxury, and this fit my needs.

Good basic hotel

This is a nor frills hotel. The desk person was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but there was not any added comforts. This is a good, clean place to sleep - nothing more than that. Very economical. Just shampoo ad one soap - nothing extra.

I liked that we could rent a room with 3 queen size beds. Check in Staff was rude when I was thrown off about pet fee. He said "He said I don't want problems with you " Sheets and bedding smelled musty. Light at doors were very bright and kept us up. Window to bedroom had a bullet hole in it. Bathroom was dirty. Tiles were white and a gray dirty look. Possibly mold. Very outdated. Continental breakfast was not good at all. The apple juice came out brown. Wrapped up muffins were very dry. Bread was old and coffee was nasty. If it wasn't for the rudeness of the staff I wouldn't have left any review.

The room looked nothing like the picture. The couch look like a dog chewed it up. The mirror was dirty and the bathroom just looked thrown together, and the room stinks so bad. The whole property was all-around terrible. do not book this place!
Deyana, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Check-in was easy and staff friendly and helpful. At first I wasn’t sure about no coffee maker in my room! Gotta have my morning coffee! The common area was very close to my room so walking there to get coffee was no problem. It is a big property though and don’t think I would want to have to walk much further. Maybe farther away rooms have coffeemakers. Appreciated that I could park my motorcycle right outside of my room and was even able to pull it under the roof covering the sidewalk because extremely severe weather was forecasted for overnight. Bed was very comfortable.

Pay a little more for better experience than this

Showed up with 4 people in a 2 queen room and he wanted an extra $5 cash per person. Wanted me to walk across the street and use y credit card to get $10. 90 degrees outside and the pool was covered. Breakfast was a Raisin Bran and waffles. Great value syrup. Coffee was weak.

5 stars!

I must be one of the last few people in the world who still smoke and i was extremely happy to see a smokibg room was offered on the website. That being said, i was amazed by the cleanliness of my room! 1, if you were a non smoker, you would have been able to stay in that room. It was very clean, no old smoke smell, which is a usual problem! I travel to this area 3- 4 times a year and will definately keep booking with econolodge as long as smoking rooms are available!!!

Room was dirty especially the floors. Fridge wasnt plugged in. The ac wasnt on so the roim was humid. Had a weird smell. The shower head leaked

barely enough toilet paper for first night. Had to call for additional. Refrigerator turned off but not told til I called, breakfast offered 2 cereals, waffles juice and coffee, no pastries . No hot water and cold shower shut off when in use.
Karen, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Refrigerator froze Oliver food. We had to throw it away because it was frozen. Solid, the bathtub was trimmely dirty. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. The sink was really, really badly made because it was cracked in many places. The bed was extremely loud and laying on a bed made of a big piece of metal, very loud and uncomfortable and the AC literally never got warm. It was only cold, absolute terrible place but never go there again ever in my life. If I could give you A. Zero I would

I'd recommend this place!

The room was pleasantly comfortable! We had 2 large dogs with us and never felt crowded at all. The pet fee was also reasonable and our check in was super easy. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a double queen room so an extra soap and shampoo in the room would've been helpful. No coffee maker but that wasn't a big deal. When our take out supper didn't come with eating utisels, the lady up front happily provided some for us.This definitely made our favorites list.
