Not what we expected
Average hotel with high end prices. Shade in the room did not work. It was a weekend so we were told they would turn it in to maintenance. Shower had almost no flow and never got hot. There was hot water at the sink but not in the shower. Can't believe that the TV wasn't a smart TV and we couldn't stream our shows. Guess it didn't matter much because the wifi was marginal. Even playing a card game I was disconnected several times. They no longer have an included breakfast, something their site didn't state. There is a restaurant though. We didn't try it. We reserved a accessible room and the picture showed a walk in shower. We did get handrails to try to climb into a 2 foot high tub. There were no walk in showers available. Apparently there are different levels of accessible rooms Front desk saff was OK but not overly helpful or friendly. Did not live up to our expectation of a Hilton Garden Inn.
